1. Service Call Fee: A mandatory $100 service call fee is required for all visits. This fee covers the initial diagnosis and assessment of your appliance issue and is non-refundable, regardless of whether the repair is performed.
2. Same-Day Service: While we strive to offer same-day service, it is subject to technician availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please schedule in advance to ensure timely service.
3. Flexible Scheduling: We offer flexible appointment times to accommodate your needs. However, appointment times are subject to availability and may be rescheduled by Sakoo Appliance Repair if necessary.
4. Transparent Pricing: Our technicians will provide a detailed explanation of necessary repairs and transparent pricing before any work begins. Additional repairs discovered during the service may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
5. Payment Before Completion: After submitting an estimate and receiving customer approval, all fees, including the cost of parts and necessary materials, are due before the completion of the service. This ensures that we can promptly order and secure the required components.
6. 90-Day Warranty: We offer a 90-day warranty on all parts and labor. If the repaired appliance experiences the same issue within 90 days, we will address it at no additional charge.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with the repair, we will return to address the issue at no additional charge within 30 days of the original service date.
8. Certified Technicians: All our technicians are EPA Type 1 certified and receive continuous training to stay updated with the latest appliance repair techniques and technologies.
9. Environmentally Responsible: We use eco-friendly methods and the latest tools, including the TURBORECOVER® RECOVERY MACHINE, to ensure environmentally responsible repairs.
10. Local Service: As a locally owned business, we are dedicated to serving the San Jose community with integrity and reliability. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the repair site conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.
11. Payment Policy: Payment is due upon completion of the service, except in cases where parts and materials need to be ordered, in which case payment is required upfront. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved electronic payments. Failure to make payment at the time of service may result in additional fees and legal action to recover owed amounts.
12. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A fee may apply for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.

1. Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate information about the appliance issue to facilitate efficient diagnosis and repair.
2. Site Access: Ensure that the technician has clear access to the appliance needing repair. Move any items that may obstruct access before the technician's arrival.
3. Timely Communication: Communicate any scheduling conflicts or changes promptly to avoid cancellation fees.
4. Payment: Ensure payment is made as per the agreed terms, either upfront or upon service completion, to avoid additional fees or legal action.
5. Environment: Maintain a clean and safe environment for our technicians to work in. Unsafe or unsanitary conditions may result in refusal of service.
6. Approval for Repairs: Promptly review and approve the repair estimate to avoid delays in service. All parts and materials will be ordered only after customer approval and required upfront payment.
